Frank is truly an exceptional mentor and coach. I was fortunate to meet him two years ago during the human capital commitments at Wells Fargo CIB. Frank became the first mentor in my 18-year career, someone who genuinely showed interest in exploring my potential as an individual. He is a natural leader and a sincere mentor. I was fortunate to meet Frank over 15 years ago when I was an investment banking intern. Now I am a Managing Director. During my summer internship at Wells Fargo, Frank and I stayed connected, speaking regularly each week. His exceptional mentorship and guidance played a significant role in my decision to join Wells Fargo full-time. In a large organization like Wells Fargo it is easy to get lost in the mix given the sheer size of the company, especially at the junior level.
